Your responsibilities
- Support in the areas of purchasing and sales
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Telephone reception
- Communication with customers and suppliers
- Creating quotations in the ERP system
- Inspection of goods deliveries
- shipping preparation
- Filing and document management
- Procurement of work materials and daily consumables
- General office organisation/back office tasks
Your qualifications
- Experience relevant to the duties
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Knowledge of PC programmes
- Structured, independent and flexible approach to work
- Friendly and solution-oriented manner
