General terms and conditions

I. Offer

The offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and expressly not at consumers. The offer is non-binding. Errors and changes excepted.

II. Scope of application

The validity of the purchaser's general terms and conditions is excluded.

III. Conclusion of contract

The contract shall only be concluded upon delivery of our order confirmation.

IV. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until all claims arising from the purchase contract have been paid in full.

V. Right of withdrawal/right of return

There is no right of revocation/return.

VI. Warranty period

The warranty period is 1 year.

VII. Miscellaneous

The purchaser shall have no right to offset or withhold payment unless the claim is undisputed or has been legally established by a court of law.

VIII. Final provision

The legal validity of individual provisions of the contract shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the invalid provision.
