General terms and conditions

I. Offer

The offer is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB and expressly not at consumers. The offer is non-binding. Errors and changes excepted.

II Scope of application

The validity of the buyer's general terms and conditions is excluded.

III Conclusion of contract

The contract is only concluded upon delivery of our order confirmation.

IV. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until all claims arising from the purchase contract have been paid in full.

V. Right of cancellation/right of return

There is no right of cancellation/right of return.

VI Warranty period

The warranty period is 1 year.

VII Miscellaneous

The purchaser shall have no right of set-off or retention unless the claim is undisputed or has been recognised by declaratory judgement.

VIII Final provision

The legal validity of individual provisions of the contract shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the invalid provision.
