Against the impressive backdrop of the Gläserne Manufaktur in Dresden, the Smart Systems Hub’s hub:disrupt took place on 10 November 2023.

On 10 November 2023, our partner Smart Systems Hub brought together representatives from the worlds of research, industry and politics to host a first-class tech event – and to mark its fifth anniversary at the same time. More than 200 participants from Germany and around the world answered the call to delve into the latest trends in automation, digitalisation and Industrial IoT – including Christian Seidel, Managing Director of TDE Instruments GmbH.

A model factory (by Fischer Technik) set up specifically for our exhibition stand, equipped with Digalox® measurement technology including XBEE wireless connectivity and colour-coded illuminated displays, was showcased at the Tech Partner Exhibition.

Panel discussions, presentations and workshops provided an insight into Industry 4.0 projects and the latest technical developments. Stimulating discussions took place during networking sessions in the exhibition area, and the 5-minute pitches at the HUB:AWARD introduced us to the most promising start-ups in the IoT sector.
