In our workshop, which lasts around two hours, design engineers, automation specialists, mechanical engineers and other interested parties will gain practical insights into the world of optoelectronic sensors for factory automation and IO-Link. You will gain a structured overview of the various types of optical sensors – from through-beam sensors and retro-reflective sensors to distance sensors – and, using specific application examples, learn how these solutions contribute to reliable object detection, positioning and quality control in modern production environments. Furthermore, we aim to explain the fundamentals, advantages and integration options of IO-Link as a forward-looking communication interface, and to demonstrate how sensors can be intelligently parameterised, diagnosed and efficiently integrated into existing control architectures.

Take this opportunity to engage in direct discussion with the applications engineer from our partner company, „Optex Factory Automation“ in Japan, expand your specialist knowledge and gain valuable insights for your projects.
