In our two-hour workshop, designers, automation engineers, machine builders and other interested parties will gain a practical insight into the world of optoelectronic sensors for factory automation and IO-Link. You will receive a structured overview of the various types of optical sensors - from throughbeam photoelectric sensors to diffuse sensors and distance sensors - and learn how these solutions contribute to reliable object detection, positioning and quality control in modern production environments based on specific application examples. Furthermore, we would like to convey the basics, advantages and integration possibilities of IO-Link as a future-oriented communication interface and show how sensors can be intelligently parameterised, diagnosed and efficiently integrated into existing control architectures.
Take the opportunity to exchange ideas directly with the application engineer from our partner company „Optex Factory Automation“ in Japan, expand your expertise and gain valuable ideas for your projects.
