Innovative, customisable and multifunctional: the DPM72-MP measuring instruments+ and DPM72-MPN+ These instruments for measuring electrical quantities are characterised by their extensive range of functions and configuration options. Suitable for measuring a wide range of parameters (AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, frequency, power, power factor), the measuring instruments are equipped with a wide range of functions. The Modbus interface ensures that the devices can be individually configured and that all measured values are transmitted in real time. Consequently, the DPM72 measuring instruments are highly versatile and offer a wide range of applications for industrial use. These multi-functional measuring instruments are particularly in demand for monitoring machine and operational data and are well-suited to the modernisation of outdated systems, as they are especially suitable for retrofitting. Furthermore, they can be mounted both on DIN rails and, by means of appropriate holes in the housing, on other surfaces.
The „Digalox Manager“ configuration software can be used to set up the measuring instruments individually. Once set up, the DPM72 transmits your measurement values reliably and in real time. The software allows you to read out the measured values from the measurement memory, which can then be analysed graphically and exported as a CSV file.
Two galvanically isolated alarm outputs make it possible to trigger an alarm and to carry out switch-on or switch-off operations when individually configurable threshold values are reached.
Thanks to the wireless interface, the DPM72 measuring devices are suitable for a wide range of applications. Measurement values can be transmitted wirelessly up to five times per second. The mesh network provides a robust connection that ensures continued operation even if individual radio nodes fail. This enables, for example, the straightforward modernisation of older or technically obsolete machinery (retrofit) without the need for costly and time-consuming replacement.
